Neighbors, 

I’m urging the Public Service Commission to act immediately after the court threw out Pepco’s current rate plan. That means the rates residents and small businesses are being charged were approved through a process the court said was not legal. The Commission should restore the last valid rates and make sure customers get credits for any overcharges.
